Do not use them

Did a very poor job, didn't allow wood to acclimatize on property before installing, large gaps in between strips within days of installation and refused to repair it properly. Sophisticate claimed it was caused by heat and low humidity from furnace but this was end October and heat was not on yet. Wanted to remedy cheaply by filling large, long gaps with sawdust. Other contractors brought in afterward confirmed this will not work, was definitely Sophisticate's fault and floor must be replaced.
