I dropped off my clothes a week in advance of attending to pick them up. I dropped them off on a Saturday and attended on Saturday. The clothes were supposed to be ready Friday. When I attended I was told that one of the shirts was not yet ready as it had to be cleaned several times. I've been coming here for a few years now. I usually drop off pants and shirts at the end of the week. The staff are friendly, and my clothes are clean, so I'm happy :)
