Excellent hotel! Would both stay there again in the future as well as recommend to friends.
Well located in Montreal. Courteous staff. Clean and spacious rooms. A+ bathroom.
Has a wireless charger for phones in the room which I thought was a positive touch.

This is a beautiful luxury hotel in Montreal's Golden Mile, conveniently located about 10-15 minutes from the Grand Central train station. My boyfriend and I arrived around 4pm to check-in (check-in starts at 3pm), but they apparently did not have our room ready. Their excuse? They were having hiccups in the system, and sent someone to to check if it was ready. They did of course offer another... more

Just wanted everyone to know that we booked this hotel in December 2017. Unfortunately we had a recent death in the family. Inadvertently my husband who booked this hotel on Expedia had a non refundable rate. I personally called hotel to try to negotiate either reschedule or would they take a minimum charge to cancel my reservation, the hotel reservation manager did not agree to anything other... more
