Make sure you get it in writing...

It's unfortunate, to have to be writing this as overall the service we received was okay. Be very careful however when you are quoted a 'package price' for legal services, as you may get a surprise at the end, with your final billing. Get it in writing. Some lessons in customer service would be an asset to this firm.
