They lost the string to my dress and refused to pay!
I DO NOT recommend going to this dry cleaner. I sent in a business dress, and they lost the string to my dress. They not only refused to reimburse for the loss, but also refused to refund me on my dry cleaning services. They stated numerous times they would call me to let me know if they did or not, but not once did I receive a call. Overall, it was such a horrible experience that I really don't want anyone else to go through. Hence, I am willing to spend time to write a review regarding this terrible business.
