I needed to have a fax sent ASAP to an Ontario site.
I don't have my own fax so I walked through downtown, tried the Library, (no public fax) then saw the Sneakers Computers location.
Walked in and asked if I could send a fax.
"No problem."

In a minute it was sent, no charge, no problem, and Sneakers made a fan out of me.
