KISS Carwash - scratched vehicle

- used the DIY car wash bay and the brush scratched my vehicle (due to possible embedded glass debris)
- the disrespect and lack of customer service I have received has been appalling
- they accept no liability and do every thing they can to pass the blame to me (saying silly things like I scrubbed too hard or if my vehicle is 'like new' then why did I wash it)
- they have not offered to even look at my vehicle, offer a simple apology or a compromise
- I used this facility many times but will no longer support their business
