Im updating my review from 5 stars to 3. My husband and I have been coming to Smile dental since early 2011 but about a year ago a had a bad experience with the hygienist, I don't want to go into too many details lets just say it was the worst experience Ive had with a hygienist. ***TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!***
They overcharge and suggest work that are not needed immediately!! If you say "No" they try to pressure you into getting it done anyway or you're a bad person. People have different reasons for not getting dental work done. The biggest part is money. Not everyone can afford $250+ dental bill after you leave their chair. I been over charged ,instead of lowering the price for me as a student they rip me off
they charged me 350$ for teeth cleaning imagine!!! and 850$ for replacing (exchanging) 4 existing filling.
I have 750 $ limit in my dental insurance and their aim was to finish this money and to make me pay about 400 more of this amount to do cleaning and 4 filling
I wouldn't recommend this clinic to any one... more
