Great staff! Straight forward! Feel like family!
I have 3 children. My youngest is finally old enough so that I can put her and her brother back into this daycare as well. Ella the owner is eastern European and may come off a little harsh to people who come at her in a disrespectful manner, just as anyone else would. I have always acted professionally towards her and her staff and have never had an issue. In fact the opposite is true. I feel like I'm part of the family there. They have gotten the best test scores from the province as well. My eldest is 7 years old and put him in when he was 1 1/2. Since then they have had no staff turnover. I go there now and they have the same staff. Nobody wants to leave there. I get subsidy because otherwise I couldn't afford to go, so I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about. There are closer daycares to our home however after trying them out, I'm 100% positive I will drive the extra miles because that is how confident I feel about the quality of this place.

Be careful with this one. The director is quite a piece of work. Money is #1 here.

I have my third child in Smart Start Daycare and I would to express my appreciation for the director. Thank you for being so kind, generous, understanding, supportive, and patient with me. You are incredibly kind and caring. No wonder that your staff have worked with you for years and families stay with you even when they move. God bless you.
