Although we were initially unhappy both with the mattress we purchased as well as the level of service we received afterwards from the salesman, the store manager was quick and efficient in addressing our concerns. In a few words: terrible support and unprofessional.

I got a bed here because it was a local business and had a 30 day exchange policy. My bed also came with a '10 year warranty'. Was going to buy from Ikea which had (has?) a 90 day trial policy.
