First off, I had a DEALFIND voucher. $29 for $250 worth of glasses, etc.
The staff was nice... however, it kind of felt like I was in a shark tank, and at certain points they began speaking in ?Chinese? to each other, which I never view as fair because I have no idea what they are saying. I asked them to call me when they had more selection of sunglasses... No one did.
Further, when I couldn't find anything I wanted, the suggested I have polarized lenses put into a pair of frames I liked. One girl told me that it was $70 for these lenses, then about 15 minutes later another girl said that they charge $50 for polarized lenses. Agh... CAUGHT! Sharks.
Search around for glasses elsewhere. They have grossly inflated their prices. Most places I have found charge around 220 or so for a polarized pair of Ray-Ban's (even less online), where SKEYE Optical charges $356. The ones I wanted, they didnt have, so they wanted me to pay another $15 to special order them.
Fortunately, DEALFIND refunded my voucher after I complained to them.
I love my new pair of glasses from Skeye! The optician here is really experienced and I got used to this new prescription much quicker than my last few pairs!
Got a promo deal for a pair of glasses here, so I was willing to give it a go. Upon entry, I could see the huge selection of glasses/ sunglasses, however not much of the brands I like :( I find that they have a lot of the LOWER END brand, for the more expensive brands, they have very limited selection in terms of style. I did ended up getting a pair of GUESS prescription glasses, this is... more
DEALFIND screw job. What a scam. $348 for glasses you could buy online $180. Even with the voucher it was a ripoff.
Absolutely love the service, the selection. Between my husband and myself our 3 set of progressive glasses plus sunglasses. Every time nothing less than perfect service. We used twice our Groupon. No problem at all.
