Cozy, relaxing and inexpensive!
I was on a lunch break (on the first day) and while walking the block to find myself some quick food, I stumbled upon Simons Kitchen.
Right when I came in, I had a nice lady up to greet me. She welcomed me to sit anywhere I liked.
I ordered their Special Chow Mein.
It came within 10 minutes, and it was delicious.. I noticed on their menu that it stated they used NO msg! I couldn't be more happy. It came in such a big portion as well. I wasn't even able to finish it all!
I will definitely go back again.. I had a great experience. I finally found a good place to relax on my lunch break. :P

I grew up in the Dubar neighborhood and consider that place the ultimate in comfort food. My favorite take-out restaurant the food always hits the spot nicely. Not extraordinary, but good eating and a great value. The best sweet and sour chicken balls in town!
