Silver Rose Stands alone & I just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you Silver Rose for the beautiful arrangement that I sent my Mom for her birthday! I live in Shediac and ran across your website after searching on Yahoo for a local florist. I read your customer testimonials and knew right away that I was choosing one of the best florists in Greater Moncton.When I went to visit I quickly found your arrangements to be very bright, gorgeous and creative so I decided on a bouquet because of the blue vase and flowers.......which happen to be my Mom's favorite color ! I placed the order when you opened at 9.00 am and my mom called me at 11.32 am and said that she loved the flowers as they were "breathtakingly gorgeous", she just sent a picture and I have to agree they just might be prettier than the picture on your site!! Thank you Jamie,Traska & Adrienne for providing such beautiful flowers and down home friendly service & the feeling that you cared in such a timely manner and making my Mom's birthday special. She is in the hospital right now so I figured some bright and beautiful flowers would at least put a smile on her face, & thank you so much for making my plan work.. I will definitely use you again in the future as the majority of my family and friends thought the arrangement was awesome and well done. Knowing I have a reputable florist "waiting in the wings" is very comforting........you have just gained a new life-long customer!!! Thanks again girls.

Very disappointing!
I had Silver Rose create flowers for my recent wedding and could not have been more disappointed with the results. Although our initial consultation with them went very well, unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The flowers were not to the specifications I had asked for nor what had been promised. They used a lot of fake flowers although I had been promised real and and took it upon themselves to add sheer fabric even though this was never discussed with me. The stems were uneven lengths and much longer than requested. My mother was left trying to find wire cutters an hour before my wedding to fix this. As well, I had asked for small silver vintage pins to be added to my bouquet and hairpiece but instead they added large gold pins that didn’t match my silver jewelry at all. Perhaps what was most upsetting and disappointing was the attitude I received from the owner in the days following my wedding. I had requested a full refund given the mistakes that were made and for causing a lot of extra stress on the day of my wedding (my maid of honor actually had to go to the store for over an hour herself in the hours leading up to the ceremony to try and get everything fixed) however they would not agree to this and would not admit to the mistakes that had been made. In the end after many emails and photo documentation of what had been initially promised, they offered us a small discount but I still wasn’t satisfied. I will never be using their services again and wouldn’t recommend Silver Rose to any future brides. Save yourself the hassle, stress, and upset, and go elsewhere!

My wedding bouquet made my whole outfit
January 18, 2011I loved my wedding bouquet. Silver Rose made it to fit to my size and it perfectly finished my wedding dress. I wish I could upload a picture to show it ... words just don't do it justice. It was beautiful. It's in most of my wedding picture and I'm so glad... more
