Terrible Experience

1. Request graphic vehicle print. Print was measured incorrectly and did not scale to bed of my truck, we therefore had to drop lettering
2. Request banner for trade-show. Banner print had unknown character Emad had to reprint.
3. Request brochure material for trade-show. Template provided required formatting, Emad formatted for photos and text and botched whole brochure do to text irregularities which was not included on my template

Number 3 had large implications as there was no time to reprint this material and therefore I had no material to share for my trade-show. I returned after trade-show with all brochures requesting a refund do to the fact that these cannot be distributed. His response was this was a rush which I paid additional $200.00 for and is a poor excuse for lack of quality and unprofessionalism. Our discussion then turned argumentative relatively quickly and ended with him telling me to “GO TO HELL".
