Excellent service and results
They did a great job, very thorough, no streaks, no wait, no appointment necessary (on a Monday afternoon), has a comfy waiting room, bathroom for customers, employees were very courteous, takes Interac, cost me $42 (on a 4-door sedan, June/09) for a full exterior hand wash, plus windows, rims, tires, vacuuming, wipedown interior. I'll be a repeat customer! I've tried one other detailing place in East Vancouver and was not satisfied; this place blew them away on all fronts.
Top Quality Service
I brought in my 2006 Lamborghini Gallardo a few weeks ago. I got the full showroom special after I was driving it around in the slushy snow. Afterwards it was shining like a star! I also got the rain guard stuff, forgot was it was called but now the rain just rolls off the windshield. The owner was really helpful and finish the car the same day.

My car was spic-&-span when I picked it up. They took me through and showed me what they did. Honest hard work went into cleaning it. Helpful and curtious on the phone, he was nice in person too.
Two let downs - my stereo's faceplate was in the bag of 'stuff' that collected through my car. They could/should have put that back on.

This place is a joke. They give a 15% discount to first time customers which is why I thought I'd try it out. You should realize prices are marked up 15% from others in the area to account for this "special". My car didn't come back showroom clean and the staff became argumentative when I asked to have those areas taken care of, my car is only 1yr old and is only driven around the city - is it... more
