For years I have returned time after time to this location for medications and time after time I curse my idiocy. The staff first and foremost could care less if you stand for 20 minutes whilst they go about their duties behind the far counter. I have had multiple negative experiences with this pharmacy. Getting the wrong prescription renewed, can't get through on the phone, waiting to be served with multiple people behind the counter not even looking up. After this last mix up (when they said they contacted my doctor for a medication refill but contacted the wrong doctor about the wrong medication), I will be changing pharmacies.

I agree with the 2 previous reviewers' comments regarding the terrible and nonchalant pharmacy techs and pharmacists. These people demonstrate a lack of empathy and they act with arrogance (that is, when you finally succeed in getting their attention from where they hide behind their computer screens at the back of the customers service counter).
