Dispensing Errors

Last year I received a prescription with about a dozen heart medication pills mixed in with my pills. Last month, I received someone else's prescription by mistake.
Prescription errors are serious errors. Please double check everything you get from this pharmacy as they have shown themselves to be very careless.
