December 17, 2010i called to find out if the post office was open, when i went through the automation to be connected it just rang n rang. I called back and got connected to customer service to ask them and before i could finish asking if the post office was open today she had already disconnected and sent it back to the post office line which no one answers. Never shopping there again
July 25, 2009As a customer of Shoppers for over 30 years, the last straw came 2 weeks ago when a blow dryer/curling iron was purchased at the Sunridge location. I asked if it could be returned in BC and the cashier said as long as there is a receipt, it can be returned anywhere.
