Excellent authentic sushi. Even have teishoku style dishes if you're into things like grilled miso black cod. Good prices and service. Small restaurant so be prepared to wait a bit if you're there during peak hours. Parking on the side streets is better the lot is quite small.
Shiro is the best Japanese restaurant on the west side full stop.
Excellent food, excellent service, fantastic value, very fresh.
Best sushi rice ever.
Highly recommended.
In all my years of eating sushi, I keep coming back to Shiro and his excellent restaurant. Shiro has the very best salmon in the city bar none. His freshness is top quality and the service is always with a smile. Definatly in the top three in the city.
