We purchased very expensive Drapery from Sheila's and could only justify it by believing we were just good service. I have a Hunter Douglas Silhouette blind (comes with lifetime warranty) that needed a cord replaced. I contacted Sheila's and was told a complete lie. They said that I would have to ship the blind myself to Hunter Douglas for repair or bring it into their shop where they would... more
