I eat out at a lot of sushi restaurants and I know what is good or bad. This restaurant is way overpriced and the quality of the sashimi is what you would expect at an all you can eat restaurant (salmon, tuna, toro and all those staples). This place has amazing sashimi rice bowls!!!
I've been a regular customer with them, thought I'd leave a review here after eating with them for so many years :)
If you're new to the place, You must tried the rice bowl with salmon toro, uni and ikura. Sooooooo gooood!!!! Super fresh and no weird taste or smell. This is what I order 80% of the time :)

Compared to all other sushi restaurants out there, it is not a 4-star in my opinion. This Yelp page is misleading. The rolls had too much rice and not enough filling, sashimi was very expensive for Vancouver (for farmed salmon, we chose specifically), and the portions were small to average.
