We just had a family Christmas dinner here. $900+ bill for 10 people. Atmosphere was nice, in a nice neighborhood. It all goes downhill from here.

Cons:
- stale water (moldy pipes?)
- food is below average, below frozen food quality
- auto gratuity of 18%
- had to refill our own wine glasses
- all main plates had 3 sticks of deep fried spaghetti for decor

If I could give zero stars I would. We had a horrific experience waiting close to 3 and a half hours for food, when we complained the waitress shrugged her shoulders. When we asked for the manager he avoided us for a good 30 minutes. After our complaint the manager indicated he would "do something for us" . We live in the area and have gone to this restaurant on a number of occasions, the food is generally okay, but the service is never very good. Tonight was particularly bad as we waited for 3 hours for our meal, it was dreadful. We spent close to $300, left no tip, we will not be back and I would recommend everyone avoid this restaurant based on how we were treated.
