Not fulfilled
The cleaner showed up close to on time but a phone call would have been nice to let me know he was behind. The equipment look very outdated the reason I say that is the truck was 1980's the cleaner had some technical issues which resulted in some back-flow of dirty water onto my carpet. I watch him clean his traps in my driveway leaving bits of other people hair everywhere and the smell was undesirable. It seemed there was a lack of suction which left my carpet very wet, I had my heat on for days to dry the carpets. Just a bad experience.
Sears wasted my day.
I took the day off and moved all my furniture to get ready for Sears. My cleaning service was scheduled for 8am. I waited for 30 minutes and they did not phoned to update me on their schedule. It took me 3 tries to and which they phoned back 20 minutes later. They told me they will phone their technician and get back to me. Another 20 minutes passed till they phoned me back to and informed me they have mixed up the appointments and there are no other available spaces for that day. It took them more than an hour to tell me they made a mistake and will not be coming. As if they expect me to take half a day off work to wait around for them. I will absolutely never call on them again. They didnt seem to care and made it seem like my fault. I have a coupon and I wonder if thats why they missed my appointment because it was less money for the tech to earn. I will throw away this coupon before using it again.
Absolutely the worst cleaning
Just before I get started I saw one of the review on this site is from "Chris Ravanello" the owner of Sears in Vancouver, BC which I found out from the BBB, great review though. Sears carpet cleaning should be ashamed to produce any form of work that they displayed at my residence. Absolutely no workmanship, care or customer service, I came to find out that Sears carpet cleaning is owned by another company, I wounder if they know whats going on at there franchise. Fair warning when using Sears for carpet cleaning needs.

I wasn't very good at keeping the carpet in my apartment, so, when it came time to move out, I was worried. I called Sears, they sent out a guy named Steve. He was nice, knowledgeable, and very good at what he was doing. In the end, the carpet came up almost as good as new, and I ended up getting the full deposit back.
I would most certainly reccomend going with Sears if you need your carpets...

Bought the teambuy for 3 rooms. Got exactly what I expected from Sears. The tech was really attention to detail. I added on the stairs because Alvin recommend that it was heavily soiled. Overall quite satisfied from a name I can trust.

I called Sears to clean my carpets because they were not looking good. They sent Steve to my home and he explained what was to be done, and what I could expect. I am very happy with his service in my home and would recommend others to use Sears.
