Not Nice
March 03, 2014Impersonal staff. Do not deal with problems in a nice way. Made such an issue when something not cooked properly-they didn't want to redo-no apologies-no decision making-had to get the owner to call me many days later ...why bother-I'll never go back !!! For the same price I'll go elsewhere for a nice meal.

The best scones ever
January 01, 2014I love the Turkey and Stilton scone. Fresh and saucy! Great service. Tiny place, little ambiance, but the food more than makes up for it. Take some scones home...they might last the drive.

Wonderful food. Service needs attention
December 30, 2013I was recently introduced to scones. Love them. Scone Witch is a superb place to buy these very tasty delights and they offer both savoury and sweet varieties. Plain or with jam (or lemon curd, also delicious), or with fillings such as Ham and Gruyere, or Bacon and Cheese. Can be served with salads or fruit, and not just piled... more
