I've gone here a few times because it's the only nail salon close to my work, but I've never been completely happy with their work. I was in last week for shellac colour on my hands and the next day the shellac on one finger immediately started to peel off. I've gone back AND called to try to get in to have them fix it, but they refuse to make the time. Quite frustrating.

I don't generally write reviews, I'd rather just accept a lesson learned and move on. I'm writing this only because I'd really like to ensure this doesn't happen to someone else.

First off, listen to your gut when there are red flags. Same day appt? Yes. In a prime booking time like lunch hour in the downtown core? Yes. An empty salon? Yes.
