Great Food and Service
This is by far the best Filipino restaurant in the greater Vancouver area. This restaurant is run by Chef Sandy, a celebrity chef in the Filipino community. All of the dishes are of authentic fair from various regions of the Philippines. The food is fresh and there is plenty of variety. The snacks and deserts are great as well. The decorations and furniture seem dated but the restaurant is very clean. This is a true Filipino food enthusiasts hideout. No fancy decorations or elaborate designs, as Chef Sandy knows that the best way for you to come back is through a superb dining experience. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys true Filipino food, as well as anyone adventurous enough to try something new.

A Night w/ Your Family to Enjoy
September 04, 2008Em' planning to go, visit S.C.in the next few days again, ofcourse with my family. The place is welcoming esp the filipino native touch of interior design. I felt like i'm home the scenario allowed me to remember those old good eatery places in the Phils. Parking was'nt so much of a prob just ask the mgr so you can have a spot at the back of the building. What i loved so much with the food... more

Catering Service - on time.
January 18, 2008A-pro Caregivers & Nannies Inc recently contracted with Sandy's Cuisine to handle the catering for our Year End "Thank You" dinner. The comments we received were exceptional. Sandy and his staff exceeded our expectations in every way and were largely responsible for the great success of the event. We anticipate using their services again in the near future.

Food is Terrible! Poor Interior
September 09, 2007I have been there times and am always disappointed. Service may be good but the food taste bad. It always appear to me the food is never thrown away after a week. I’ve seen flies in my adobo. I also saw roaches a couple of times. The atmosphere does not feel homey. I don't recommend the place. Try Galing-Galing instead.
