bad service bad nail tech

I went here since I got a manicure , I'm pretty sure my manicurist did not use sterilized tools on me. She used the same ones as the last person getting a pedicure. Disappointing experience , Everything is rushed. No base coat for manicure and pedicure. No attention how long you are exposed to UV light as I had a Shellac treatment, wondering if the spa is certified for Shallac at all. Top coat only for the manicure. Flip flops are reused by the customers. Instrument to cut cuticles was taken out of a drawer and sprayed in front of me with some disinfectant. One of my fingers anyway ended bleeding although I requested to push the cuticles for the manicure. And I can continue ....... I Avoid this place PEDICURE IS SO BAD....Looks like I did it myself and very fast..It did not even last a week...so disappointed...do not waste your money..
