Worst customer service. I have a defective SSD after only a month of usage...it's supposed to be guarantee for 5 years but they don't want to honot the guarantee.

One hour on phone for nothing...15 minutes call with screener who finally hands me off to Tech for a 40 minute wait...and Tech then hangs up on me. Awful,awful service
