Be careful with Sales Talent Agency

We used this agency to hire about 30 people. They appeared slick and we were excited to have them recruit for us. What followed was a gong show. Candidates didn't show up - apparently they were not informed about the time or the position by the STA rep. The girl (won't embarass you on here, but how do you still have a job?) at STA's Toronto office was completely incompetent and disorganized to say the least. Poor follow up etc. Now for the stuff that really counts: The 30 people that were a real joke. It's ended up costing us a fortune hiring the wrong people. The STA rep sent us whoever with really poor screening! We no longer count on STA. Careful with these guys. Also the candidates that were sent from STA told us they were barely screened. Stay away from STA, or it could end up costing you big.
