So a coat I bought for 20% at RW and CO goes on sale for 25% off 2 days later for a weekend sale.

Sure this happens all the time.

I have the receipt I'm prepared. So I bring the receipt with me to the mall to get credit for the difference.

Sales person tells me not only do I need the receipt, I need the coat because they have to do a refund then a re-buy.

Ok well that was news to me.... more
