Terrible customer service, worst ever!!!!!

On April 25, 2014 I phoned RTR Performance in Kamloops BC and arranged to buy ATV tires for my Honda ATV. I explained to the employee that I lived at Gun Lake BC, approx 4 hours away by car and I explained my travel schedule. I was told the tires could be installed on April 29 and could pick them up on April 30. I dropped my rims with old tires at the store at 8.30 am on the 29th. I checked in at the store the afternoon of the 29th to make sure all was well and was told the tires had not arrived. George (in service) told me they would be installed the next day and RTR would pay to have them couriered to Lillooet as I live 4 hours away, and they had erred.
I agreed to this and explained that otherwise I would just take the rims and old tires and find another business to do the work for me. When they assured me they would arrange for delivery of the tires, I paid them $319.
The next day I was phoned at home and told the tires were enroute to Cache Creek, where they would be trucked to Lillooet via Nickolai Transport. They would not be picked up in Cache Creek until Monday May 5 and I then told them that as I was being delayed so significantly that they should have Nickolai bring them straight to Gold Bridge as they deliver to Gold Bridge on Thursdays. The woman I spoke to agreed to do so.
When I met Nickolai in Gold Bridge on the morning of May 8, I was told they had no knowledge of the tires.
I phoned RTR, spoke to George and he told me the tires were in Cache Creek and were now my responsibility. They were done. i pointed out that he told me they would go to Lilloooet and his colleague told me they would come right to Gold Bridge, he again told me they were done. He was extremely rude and dismissive. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that I was dealing with him only, I couldn't speak to the manager.
Later on May 8 I phoned again and spoke to the manager, Dennis Dube. Dube was equally as cavalier as George and told me they would not do anything further. I explained that I would not have done business with them if they had not committed to delivering the tires to Lillooet. Dube asked, very sarcastically, "What, do you want me to drive for 7 hours to pickup the tires and bring them to you?" I replied "If that's what it takes, yes" He told me they were making little money on the purchase and they don't deliver their products. I pointed out that his employees had told me they would be delivered. He told me that they were done. It was now my problem.
I am left in a situation wherein my tires are 3 1/2 hours away and RTR has my $319 and no interest in fulfilling the oral contract that they (George) made with me.
I made arrangements for Nickolai Transport to pick up my tires and rims in Cache Creek and deliver them to Gold Bridge. That is going to cost me approx $40, but my main concern is the fact that I am without my ATV for approx 2 weeks and that RTR made a commitment to me that they dropped as soon as I paid them my $319. Further to that, they didn't bother to notify me that they were going to abandon my tires in Cache Creek.
This is the worst, most frustrating customer service problem I have ever encountered. These propel were only interested in me until they had my money.
