Exciting show -- different every year!
The Tattoo is very fast-paced and packed with variety. Loved the bagpipes and of course the touching scenes commemorating our soldiers.
Great to see the show again!
We went on Wednesday night for the dress rehearsal and it was so great to see the show again. Our last visit was over 10 years ago. The show has changed a lot in terms of acts etc, but the visual impact and emotional charge remain as powerful as ever. Everyone should see this show at least once!

A real experience
May 27, 2014This show has something for everyone. I didn't go for years as I thought it was all military marching bands. It has so much more than that! Singing, dancing, acrobatics, bands, choirs, animals...... I was there for 3 hours and it was so organized and well done that it seemed like 20minutes!

I don't know how many times that I have had to explain what the Royal Nova Scotia tattoo is to people on the West coast of Canada.
Simple it easier to say you need to see it to understand it!! One of the most unique aspects and event that Halifax has to offer to tourist and Canadians. A must see...
