The "ambience" speaks volumes at this North Toronto lighting store, home to the "best bulbs" and "light fixtures at perpetually discounted prices" (with "so many choices", deciding is the hard part); the "professional" staff "takes their time explaining the product", and new stock arrives each month.

While this is not a contractor, I really love shopping here, they have a great selection, and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. Love to go in there, but know that I will always be spending money, cause there is always something that I want.

I bought several light fixtures for my new condo from Royal Lighting on Avenue Rd. I had a problem with one of the fixture. Sarah helped me resolve the problem without any hesitation. Not only did they replace the fixture of my chose, she also had an electrician come to my condo at no cost to me to remove and replace with new fixture; now that is real "service". We would rate them 6 stars if it were possible. Right from our walk around in the store, through our initial purchase and after-service care, we were impressed with the high level of service and the lengths they would go through to ensure we were happy.
