Absolutely terrible
September 08, 2008I'm a frequent traveller with business and had a meeting in Spruce Grove. I booked the room via phone and asked all the pertinent questions. However, upon arrival, the attitude was completely different. I was treated without any respect and was eventually left stranded without accomodation.
