Ralph Ross and Darrin Embree of Ross Refrigeration (Canada)
built me a geothermal system in their own image, in other words, SERIOUSLY
UNDERSIZED.During the installation, they were really difficult to
reach. Then, once the installation
was completed, Ross Refrigeration engaged in extortion to try and get me to pay
