Rock Cod Café has the best fish and chips in the area. From the deck, you can watch the fish coming in off the boats. The chalkboard menu is crammed with whatever else is fresh. Since the cafe has a liquor license -- something most British fish-and-chip shops can't boast -- you can turn a humble meal into an afternoon's worth of pleasure.

On special was "Salt and Pepper" halibut...

This place is wonderful for people who need or want a gluten-free menu. They have very safe practices and many choices including gluten-free turtle cheesecake. The butter chicken is out of this world as is the Indonesian Hot Pot. This place is deservedly very busy, but worth the wait.
