Just attended a friend's wedding there and I've been to many wedding banquets all over, but this is by far the worst venue I've ever been to.

First, I'll list the good things because it's a short list. The hall is big enough to hold 400 ppl. It's probably cheap.

My husband and I decided to host our ceremony and reception at the riverside ballroom and palace. Beautiful place, spacious. The caterer for the place was great. Pricey but I thought it was worth it because the outcome was beautiful.

I hope that every bride that wants a stress-free wedding, will re-consider booking with Riverside Banquet Halls. There are many complaints but number one would have to be that you can't trust them. Bobby Ghirra the manager and Sue Halabi the Event manager will make verbal promises which they don't hold.
