Pretty solid place. Staff and other patrons are friendly, the price is right and they actually have a decent free weight setup despite the small size.

Great gym in a great neighbourhood. Professional, helpful staff. Gym is kept very clean. Really nice variety of equipment. Members are friendly and respectful to one another. Shelley's kickboxing class is a great way to die every Monday.
