Again, still problems with consigning. I have gone in as much as 2 weeks before expiration. Two out of five items had gone "missing". I asked the salesgirl if theft was a problem as this happens every time I bring items in. She told me I could now purchase insurance. No thanks. I'm disgusted with the extremely poor customer service I received at Rikochet. I will NEVER step into this store and will continue to tell everyone I know about how Rikochet lost my dress. I visited this store both as a seller and potential customer for the first time today. I dropped off my bags of items to sell at the front counter and browsed the store for a while while they took a look.

My impression of the store as a buy was that it was ok. Maybe it's the time of year but I found everything in the store to be either black or grey. I wished that there was a bit more colour... more
