I do not trust this dealership
February 27, 2011After being a customer of new vehicles with this dealership for many years, I now drive out of town to purchase and for my vheicle's service. Without going into details, I was burned by them once, gave them an opportunity to rectify it and when they didn't, it was bah-by. Don't follow through with deals
January 30, 2011went in to buy f350 superduty was given a price. when I took the deal they changed there mind and said no the owner wants it for himself. can't be trusted if you make a deal step up and do it.

Poor service - over charged
January 06, 2011Brought my F150 in for service - was told it needed various front end work and would cost over $900. Took it to a private mechanic and another Ford dealer in Kitchener, both of whom said that everything was in great shape, and no work was required. They also quoted my on some body work.
