Nice service, food was good but portions a bit smaller than expected

Ricky's is a usually a good place for breakfast. The restaurant itself is on its way to being a bit dingy (not quite there yet) but will need to be spruced up soon enough....that said each table had a nice granite top.
Staff friendly and everything tasted good - I just thought the portions were smaller than what I expected... more
