Don't buy or get your car serviced here they didn't do a proper pre delivery inspection on my car in a month of owning my brand new Subaru I've been in the service department 4 times Subaru Canada states that a wheel alignment must be done prior to delivery they advised me this was not done after the fact and are not accommodating this being done. I had wanted to buy a Subaru but the various in City dealer mark ups were ridiculous in relation to Subaru Web site. Richmond Subaru has the lowest mark up. Dealt with Joe who is new so we really wanted him to have the business. The haggling was as expected and we got $2000 off a showroom 5 speed when we really wanted an Automatic.
