Friendly and accommodating but unfortunately my brand new lenses had a scratch they had to order it again and waited for a week. It's nice they can replace it without extra cost but my boyfriend also bought his lenses here, his also had a scratch! I still need to go back and have them replace it but he didn't wanna go back here anymore.

My family used to go to Richmond Eye Care 20 (or so) years ago. At that time, we loved everything about it. The main optometrist there was amazing and remembered our names, even though we only went every two years. The ownership changed hands and we kept going because our favourite optometrist was still there.
