Vancouver's new, gorgeous chapel dedicated to the art of coffee-making from four brothers (Matt, George, John, Chris), scions all of the Giannakos family that begat West Vancouver's always busy Crema. I did a trip all over the PNW recently and this was hands down my favorite coffee shop. The vibe was awesome, and the coffee was the best I've had. Go!

Good place to try coffee that you can't find in other places. No, it's not cheap. They don't roast themselves, but that isn't their game. You can discover some good roasters here and maybe visit that roaster where they are, whether that's Victoria or Portland or other places. That's kinda neat.

First time I tried to go there was on a Sunday. Busted, Revolver is closed on Sundays. While it's totally my fault for not being careful enough, I do thing that's a shame for a coffee shop.

Anyway, today is Wednesday 3.30pm, it's open (yay!) and... damnly packed! Like really packed with people... more

Best Coffee House,

magazine 2013. This brew bar is run by a family passionate about coffee. The bean selection varies weekly with roasters chosen by a blind taste test. Also carries a selection of loose-leaf teas and fresh pastries. $. Open M-Sa.
