My guest didn't care for the duck appetizer. Four very small, lightly cooked slices of duck with very bland taste.

Windows is very classy with exceptional views. They do not have a children's menu but accommodate children by offering child friendly appropriate-sized food. Noodles with butter worked well with our 10 and 7 year olds.

This beautiful dining room with a spectacular view was overpriced and dissapointing when it came to the food. Although the ingredients were top notch, the mains missed the mark mainly because they were under seasoned. The salmon, cooked to perfection and fresh, was bland. The scallops were terrific. Appetizers were good, but a little boring.

Excellent restaurant with great service and views

Some of the food selections were not to my liking becsause of the garlic content, but i did enjoy my night. Wines were good and nice to see local wines being served. Ideal for a special occassion.

Three of us had a very good business dinner here that was only somewhat dampened by the fact that the kitchen was INCREDIBLY slow. I have eaten here twice in the past and never had that happened, but it did mean we waited almost 40 minutes for our main course. prompt service, server very had detailed knowledge about local wines - gave an excellent recommendation for a small local vineyard selection. Food was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked

Great food, great atmosphere, great view

We had a very good experience at windows by Jamie Kennedy.
The food was excellent, the service was very good, the atmosphere was excellent and the view was outstanding.
A little expensive.......but a culinary treat, and overall a wonderful experience, we really enjoyed.

Excellent

Great view of the falls while eating a delicious meal. The menu selection was fabulous, something for everyone and the pricing was really fair for a hotel restaurant. I would highly recommend!

Pros: the view, nice internal space

Cons: everything else. The prices were very high for comparable food elsewhere (you are paying for the view). The service was not great, especially for the price of the food. I was very disappointed with this restaurant. The short ribs I ordered were tough and gray and the flavor was poor. The friends I was with didn't care for their meals either. Service was great. Tremendous food and wine in a stylish and modern setting looking over the falls.

Favorite Restaurant of the week

We had an awesome server - wish I recall her name. There was nothing vegetarian on the menu for my wife, but the chef created a wonderful dish for her. I had the Diver Scallops which were delicious. Best meal of 2012 for us

We were thrilled with the meal and the experience. We travel a lot, including Italy this year, and felt this was the BEST MEAL OF THE YEAR. And we ate WELL in Italy. :)

Excellent meal all around. Great view of the falls. Left with a good felling. A touch of class in the Niagara desert.

First Class all the way

I made a reservation two weeks ago and requested a bottle of champagne be at our table upon arrival as we were celebrating the last night of our honeymoon on the falls.

Well, the window seat is worth $ 20. If you're not seating by the window, it can be a waste of money for some families on a budget. There are cheaper breakfast places in the Niagara Area.

This is not your typical stuffy white tablecloth type place, it's an open and airy space on the 13th floor of the Sheraton Niagara Falls.

Jamie Kennedy isn't relying on fine art and designer rugs to impress you, even the tables are sparsely set. The focus is on the Local Foods and Wines. The view of the Falls is used as their ambience, hence the name Windows.

Windows is located at the top floor of Sheraton on the Falls. If I going to rate the restaurant solely on the view.. I would have give it a 4.5 star, as you have such a great view of Niagara Falls, that's really impressive and romantic....

However, sadly the food... the food really really fall short.
