Horrible Customer Service! Will Never Go Again
I had a horrible experience at the White Smile Med Spa. I was unfortunate to deal with the general manager at the time - Dmitry Granovsky, who was extremely rude and unpleasant.
MuA, you are rightfully appalled by the man you mention in your review from June 15th. I am certain that this is Dmitry. He had a terrible attitude and am not surprised that he was rude to other staff. All other staff members I dealt with were very pleasant and professional. I hear Dmitry is already gone, so the service should improve.
Excelent clinic and treatment
I have had many facial treatments around the city and I was very impressed with my salicylic peel at White Smile. I felt in safe hands with Amanda. She is so knowledgeable, professional, caring and answered all the questions I had. The clinic is very clean and comfortable. I will be returning.

Been going there since Dec/Jan earlier of this year. I go in every 3 weeks. Been taking the Salicylic peels which I highly recommend. Through this whole experience my skin is looking really healthy(also with a healthy diet)! I also recommend the Bioactive Gel treatment from their own personal line! I can't believe how *AMAZING* this product works in the fight against acne! Vivianne is also an amazing person to be around, makes my treatments feel like I'm visiting a friend instead of going to the spa. :)

Disappointed
I am very disappointed to be writing this complaint as I have always had a most pleasant experience whenever I go my appointments at white smile med spa. I have been coming to the clinic well over a year now and have spent a substantial amount of money for their services.
I was in the clinic this week and saw that they had hired a new male employee. While I was waiting for my appointment, I was rather upset with the way the new employee was speaking to the other staff members. I do not know his name. He just seemed to have a bad attitude. Aside from the attitude, I am actually shocked that they would hire someone so grungy looking to work at a spa! This guy had long unkempt knotted hair! He looked so out of place in a spa with a female dominated clientele (from what I have seen through my visits anyways). I was very uncomfortable to say the least. I will not continue to purchase any services from White Smile Med Spa if this goes unresolved. I have many friends who go there as well and they will not be happy once they hear about this.
I just want to add the rest of the staff is fantastic. Amanda’s skills and technique are unparalleled. She is awesome!
I have been to a lot of med spas where usually the staff is snooty and makes you uncomfortable but not here (well not until recently). Up until today, I have not had one single unpleasant encounter, (actually I am lying, I did have a not-so-nice experience with the other lady that worked there last year but thankfully she is no longer employed there, I am not sure what her name was either but she was horrendous!!@!@
I sincerely hope that management takes steps to ensure that this new employee’s actions are not in line with this company's values and policies. I hope this is remedied immediately so I can once again look forward to coming to my appointments!
Excellent Chemical peels
Went in for the chemical peel, got excellent service, skin looks better than ever! Ask for Amanda, she's the most knowledgable skin therapist I've ever had!
Will definitely recommend the place to anyone who asks.
Great chemical peels
I had two chemical peels at White Smile and my skin looks great! Staff was professional and made me feel very comfortable even though I was a little nervous the first time.
professionals who care
I met with the experts who work at White Smile Med Spa and couldn't believe they offered free consultations. I inquired about my irritated skin, and slight acne problems and they had great solutions that were easy and affordable.

Came in for the free consultation,
got all of my questions (and I had many of them) answered in a professional manner. Skin therapists are fantastic. The laser hair removal packages are very affordable, and the teeth whitening is actually the best deal I've found in the city.
Would definitely recommend this spa to anyone who asks.
