Not as expected

Staff made mistake when we check-in. Musty smell in the room, beds are very uncomfortable. Air conditioner is very noisy. However, the room was clean.In overall it is not as good as what we expected.

Was in town for two nights to visit a buddy and play golf. Booked a King Room, which comfortable and roomy. Although my room faced the 417 Hwy, couldn't hear any traffic noise. Probably stay here again next year.

Construction was terrible all around hotel area

Breakfast was free which was a bonus went down for coffee at 7 it was empty person looking after breakfast rolled her eyes at me when I asked for coffee. Asked for shampoo at front desk told no. Our room was on ground level so at about 1 am guys peeing outside our door. Will definitely not go back.

Very close to Laurent's mall.

Many parking spaces without worrying for come back late at night. Also hotel staffs are friendly and always give you smile. The hotel breakfast area is very tiny, only 3 or 4 small tables setting right in front of check in desk, not a good area at all.

Stayed overnight in a room with two double beds. It was clean but a little dated. Older model TV with a fair channel selection and the bathroom fixtures are showing their age.

Perfect for my needs

Although I have stayed overnight at the WelcomInn a few times, mostly I come into town only for the day -- they offer very convenient and cost-effective day rates. Parking is ample and free.

Do not recommend

Poor service. They did not forget to charge us for extra people in the room, but did not remember to tell us about continental breakfast, which we missed just by 10 minutes. The room was OK, but the heater was slow.
