Pretty average URBAN OUTFITTERS.
I stick to sale/clearance only, the rest is overpriced. Compared to some great cities like Chicago, where they have urban outlets and so much variety, this one kinda ends up average at best. The male Cashier was super friendly, took a minute to tell me where to look around Ottawa. Would return.
So I'm conflicted by Urban Outfitters. On one hand it's crass commercialism at its worst.
