The customer service at this location is atrocious. The man that served me doesn't seem to know what he was doing at all! When I went to pick up my package, he just briefly looked for it at this disorganized shelf and after less than 5 minutes, he told me that the package is not there and I would have to go home and track it online. Went there this morning to pick up package that i receive no notice for, and while the store should be opened at 8:30am it was still closed, with people waiting outside freezing. How can UPS have such a low standard of customer service in Toronto? Never had any issues with their service while i was living in the US. Now i "tremble" every time Amazon ships through UPS.

I will NEVER use ups again. Took 3 weeks weeks for them to get me my package. And when I make arrangements for them to deliver it on a specific day it never came and they said....oops sorry did getvthe info till that very day even though I put it in 2 weeks prior. When I called to complain all I got was "sorry" no refund fund of shipping or delivery cost. And this shop is also beyond rude.... more

Unbelievably rude service, felt humiliated and threatened while trying to pick up a package. I'm puzzled how this place still has a licence to operate, it's filthy and a nightmare to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
