I was late for an event. The manager helped me get in and out quickly and was extremely helpful. You don't see the kind of great service that they provided me very often in companies these days. I will be back and I encourage you to check them out.

don.t spray so much lubricant on the roll up door handle or have a decal near the handle warning custumers so they don.t mark up furniture.

U-Haul should not double book their trucks. We had no truck that we were suppose to get it for 9:00 am.They also called us the day before that we could of picked it up at 9:00 am.

I had a wrong gas level reading with this branch and given a bill for around $65.00. Next day i went to the branch checked the level found it slight difference. But they refunded gas charge. These personnel very helpful on understanding. Good work.

Line-ups in the Uhaul office are always long. Bring some of the mech staff in to help temporarily.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly and answer all my questions for me thoroughly. The truck was brought right to the front for me. All the staff seemed very pleasant and professional for early on a Saturday morning. The online booking was also super easy and very convenient for me. I would use this service again next time I move.

Great service and much appreciated free month rental of storage unit for 1 month. Your staff offered free blankets for our electronics which was greatly appreciated.

there was ropes and rocks inside the trailer when i rented it for the day. i returned it clean and powerwashed that cost me ($3) to avoid any charges i would be blamed for. i feel you should offer a discount if i return it in better condition then when i get it

First time uhaul customer. Web booking was seamless. Recvd confirmation via text. Needed to alter one aspect and was easily done with one phone call. Happy first time customer.

Garbage (used coffee cup and miscellaneous waste paper) left near the passenger door. Cabin smelt of smoke. Drove the truck home to load noticed the inside cabin smelling users of smoke. I received horrendous 'service' at this location. I booked a rental over a week in advance of my move date. Two days before I was set to move, I received a phone call saying that I would have to pick up the truck in Ingersoll (an hour drive out of the way).
